Arsenal have recently announced a new commercial partnership with Chinese company DJI Holdings over the next three years, which will no doubt pump in a bucket load of money into the club.
However, what should be a joyous occasion has been met with anger and derision by The Gunner’s faithful, who believe that money should have been made available to sign Real Madrid frontman Karim Benzema if the club knew it was going to enter into a lucrative new partnership.
Manager Arsene Wenger made only one signing in the summer transfer window – the £10million capture of Petr Cech from rivals Chelsea.
But many feel that a new goalscorer was what was needed, and have since taken to Twitter to voice their concerns.
